Christmas Joy!

Christmas morning came slowly this year. I got up before everyone, even the dog and made sure the tradational cookies and milk were mysteriously missing. Then jumped a mile when my husband scared the beegies out of me when I turned a corner. He loves to scare me. We both got our son awake with verses of "Merry Christmas" and Jingle Bells. As soon as the words "open presents" were spoken he was up and clammering out of bed to get to the gifts. At 2 1/2 years old it's so adorable to see him get all excited over unwrapping gifts. He out shown the angel on top of the tree that morning. He had to examine each present after opened and demanded that we help him get each one out so he could play with it right then. Gotta love 'em.

After all the gifts were opened and the candy found, Christian got right into playing with his new toys. Daddy had some fun with them too.

I cleaned out Kiddo's room to make room for all his new toys, the old toys are going to charity.

We spent the day cleaning, playing and playing. Cleaning came again but the next day.

We went to see my Grandma in the hospital also. She broke her arm, and badly, a few days earlier. So we went and took her Christmas gift up to her to open. She loved seeing Christian. It was a good visit, and I'm happy to say she's getting out tomorrow. (Saturday)

Now I can't wait for next year's Christmas to see what Kiddo will be like then.

So? What's the kiddo's favorite toy?

Did you and James exchange gifts?
